The estimated bill without solar is based on a single-family home with an average monthly consumption of 2,000 kWh multiplied by the average price of all available electricity plans in your area on the official Electric Choice Website of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (powertochoose.com) as of 10/10/2011.
The estimated savings from solar bills are based on a single-family home with an average monthly consumption of 2,000 kWh minus the solar power system’s electricity output selected (25%, 50%, or 75%), multiplied by the current effective price for the Reliant SecureSM 12 plan in your area on 10/10/11 or Reliant e-Sense Sell-BackSM 12 plan in your area in effect on June 2011 plus the monthly cost for the solar lease.
Reliant e-Sense Sell-BackSM 12 plan is for a single-family home with a provisioned Smart Meter.
The estimated monthly price for the solar lease is based on a single-family home with an average monthly consumption of 2,000 kWh for the selected size of system (25%, 50%, or 75%) for the area and offset level chosen. For the pre-paid lease the month cost is the pre-payment divided by the life-time output of the system multiplied by the average monthly output of the solar power system.
